How do I book a photo shoot with you?

Can you do a shoot for my club or organisation and how much will it cost ?

SKP iMages provides quotes based on your requirement. Quotes may vary subject to other factors such as location, travel requirements etc. SKP iMages is available for any local, state, national or international event. Please contact us to further discuss your requirements.

Can I see my photos before they are printed?

Yes, all images can be previewed on our website. If required, galleries can be secured and made accessible only by password. SKP iMages has many other options available to clients to facilitate the previewing of images. Please contact us to further discuss your requirements.

Can I select the finish of my completed photos ?

SKP iMages prints the majority of images in a matte finish. However, we do have access to a large number of different finish options which we are happy to discuss and quote accordingly.

How long will it take from having photo’s taken to receiving final prints?

SKP iMages commits to the following timelines:

Sports & Event Photography

Standard images will be ready for preview via our website within 5 business days. Prints ordered from previewed standard images will be available within 10 business days of order – delivered to your door.

Customised images will be available for preview via our website within 10 business days and available within 10 business days of order – delivered to your door.

Framed images are usually completed within 7 business days from date of order. Subject to seasonal influences, this time may extend up to 20 business days from date of order.

SKP iMages will contact you via email, SMS or telephone to advise when images are available for preview.

Wedding Photography

Availability of wedding albums is subject to confirmed number of images required. Subject to wedding package ordered, changes or modifications to layout etc, completed albums will be available from 1 to 3 months from date of final confirmation.

Standard images will be ready for preview via our website within 20 business days. Prints ordered by family or friends from previewed standard images will be available within 10 business days of order – delivered to your door.

Customised images will be available for preview via our website within 30 business days. Prints ordered by family or friends from previewed customised images will be available within 10 business days of order – delivered to your door.

Framed images are usually completed within 10 business days from date of order. Subject to seasonal influences, this time may extend up to 20 business days from date of order.

How are my ordered products delivered ?

SKP iMages uses Australia Post for all national and international deliveries. Framed images are available for pick up at our offices in Bulleen, Victoria or local delivery can be arranged. Interstate and international delivery of framed images will be handled by courier. Pricing of courier handled deliveries will be subject to the weight of the item(s). Clients will be advised of freight costs prior to shipping.

How long does it take for International deliveries ?

SKP iMages commits to the following timelines for deliveries to Europe, UK, USA. Other countries may require up to an additional 10 days:
